To effectively administer the Supervisory Union’s Medicaid School-Based Health Services Program to generate Medicaid reimbursement for medically related services provided to eligible students. Position Description: The Coordinator of Student Supports is charged with assisting in the sustainability of a positive school climate for relevant and purposeful learning (grades 9-12). The position is charged with working in conjunction with the members of the PreK-12 social/emotional team(s) to ensure all students are supported socially/emotionally in order to reach their greatest potential. Qualifications: Master’s in education preferred; with a background in student management, and experience with a systems approach to social/emotional supports desired. The Coordinator of Student Supports must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work cooperatively in a team setting to assist in identifying needs/resources for students who require either a targeted/intensive social/emotional and/or academic intervention plan. Significant experience working with students who have social/emotional needs is preferred. Effective written and oral communication skills are required. Responsibilities: ● Co-responds proactively and reactively to behavior with principals (grades 9-12) ● Co-facilitates the social/emotional universal teams (grades 9-12) ● Co-facilitates the targeted/intensive social/emotional teams (grades 9-12) ● Serves as a resource to staff and families in dealing with social/emotional concerns ● Serves as the PBiS coach ● Serves as the HHB and Title IX Investigator ● Maintains a systematic approach to attendance that also results in proactive supports to assist with chronic absenteeism ● Coordination of CIRS Reporting and other Social/Emotional Data collection

Inspire, Lead, and Promote Healthy Living Through Athletics/Activities
White River Valley Middle School, a close-knit and student-centered 6–8 public school located in the beautiful community of Bethel, VT, is seeking a passionate and organized Activities Director to lead and grow our 6–8 athletics, wellness, and arts programs. Position Summary: The Activities Director will oversee all aspects of our extracurricular/athletic programming, promoting sportsmanship, physical health, teamwork, and school spirit. This is a part-time stipend position ideal for someone who believes in the power of youth sports and wants to make a meaningful impact on student development in the Middle Grades. Key Responsibilities: ● Organize and manage seasonal sports teams and after-school athletic activities ● Recruit, support, and coordinate coaches and volunteers ● Develop athletic schedules, secure facilities, and coordinate transportation as needed ● Promote student participation, equity in sports access, and team-building experiences
Qualifications: ● Experience working with youth in educational or athletic settings ● Strong organizational and communication skills ● Coaching experience and knowledge of youth athletics preferred ● CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
